FAQ
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be made to any parent who withdraws a child prior to 3 days before the start of the program. A $25.00 processing fee may be applied to refund requests. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed by the child.
+When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of registration. Mad Science accepts checks or credit cards.
+What is your class cancellation policy?
We will follow the inclement weather and school closure policy of the school district in which we are instructing. We will attempt to schedule a make-up class, provided the cancelled class takes place at least one week before the start of the next program.
+Are Parents allowed to stay for classes?
99% of out Programs are Drop-Off Programs for Students only. We do sometimes offer Toddler and Me or Family Day programs that allow grown-ups to stay and join in on the fun!
+Can I join for just one class?
Typically, yes! Most of our programs allow day of drop-ins for a slightly higher fee. Just give us a call before heading in, in case our class is full or to check on any cancellations.
