Get ready for a wild week of science fun where things ooze, bubble, pop, and explode!
If you LOVE slime, can’t wait to mix crazy concoctions, and think explosions are awesome, this is the camp for you! Join us as we dive into the wacky world of chemistry through hands-on experiments and messy science magic.
From making your own gooey slime and bath fizzers to erupting volcanoes and discovering what makes things glow, foam, or stick, every day is packed with surprising science and exciting reactions.
We’ll gear up like real scientists, experiment with sticky stuff, explore things that spark and shine, and uncover the secrets behind chemical reactions that will wow you every time.
Plus, campers will get fun take-homes and make-and-takes each day, so the science fun doesn’t stop when camp ends — it goes home with them!

This Camp is open to Campers who are entering 2nd-6th grades in the fall.
Please make sure to bring a NUT-FREE Snack and Drink each day! No food will be provided.
Our camp will provide a great mix of fun and education as we strive to create a positive, supportive learning environment where kids feel comfortable working in groups and are encouraged to learn new things.
All campers will need to sign a behavior contract before coming to camp. Any campers who are a clear danger or distraction to other children due to poor, unregulated behavior which requires more attention than can be provided without compromising the academic growth, health, or safety of other children will be dismissed from camp without a refund.
Please note that there are no refunds or credits for missed days of camp.

How to use your scholarship funds with Mad Science:
Sign up online on OUR registration site: https://cfl.madscience.org/parents-register-c.aspx
When it comes to payment on our site, select “Pay by Cash/Check”
Go into EMA and allocate $40 class voucher(s) towards Mad Science for the OCOEE Location (even if your class is held elsewhere).
If the activity is more than $40, please allocate enough vouchers to cover the full amount. We will only charge the exact amount of the activity (So if an activity is $165, please allocate 5 vouchers- we will use 4 $40 vouchers, and charge only $5 on the remaining voucher)
Email us and let us know that you will be using the scholarship for that class. (MadScienceRocks@gmail.com)
We will then connect your registration to the scholarship voucher, and you will be all set!
